IS MISSING IN AREAS, THE WINDOWS HAVE
MISSING AND BROKEN GLASS, A WOOD FRAME
ADDITION ON THE NORTH SIDE HAS
COLLAPSED, A WOOD FRAME CARPORT ON THE
WEST SIDE IS DILAPIDATED WITH WOOD DOORS
FALLING FROM THE HINGES. THE PREMISES
ARE OVERGROWN TO POINT THAT TRAVERSING
THE REAR YARD IS IMPOSSIBLE. THE ENTRY
DOOR FROM THE CARPORT WAS OPEN. INTERIOR
INSPECTION SHOWS DEBRIS SCATTERED
THROUGHOUT HOME. FAIRLY RECENT GARBAGE
AND BEDDING RAISE QUESTION IF STRUCTURE
IS BEING USED BY VAGRANTS. KITCHEN
CABINETS ARE BROKEN AND ROTTED, THERE IS
NO FLOOR COVERING IN THE HOME AND THE
EXPOSED WOOD SUB-FLOOR IS WEAK IN AREAS
TO POINT THAT CAUTION WAS NECESSARY TO
INSPECT. REHABILITATION OF THIS
STRUCTURE WILL CERTAINLY EXCEED THE
VALUE OF THE STRUCTURE AND IT WILL HAVE
TO BE DEMOLISHED AND REMOVED FROM THE
SITE. I POSTED THE STRUCTURE AS UNFIT
FOR HUMAN HABITATION AND COMPLETED A SHC
FORM AND WILL TURN OVER TO CODE
ENFORCEMENT FOR THEIR PROCESS AND
PROCEDURE.

MADE SITE VISIT. THIS IS AN ABANDONED
MODULAR HOME IN VERY POOR CONDITION.
THERE ARE WOOD FRAME ADDITIONS ON THE
NORTH AND WEST SIDES. THE WEST SIDE
ADDITION ROOF HAS FAILED AND PARTIALLY
COLLAPSED. THE PREMISES ARE OVERGROWN
WITH DOWNED TREE LIMBS MAKING THE YARD
INTRAVERSIBLE. THERE IS A POSSIBILITY
THAT THE STRUCTURE IS BEING HABITATED BY
SQUATTERS ON OCCASION. I WILL HAVE CODE
ENFORCEMENT PROVIDE ME WITH A SHC FORM
AS STRUCTURE WILL HAVE TO BE POSTED AND
DEMOLISHED.
