THAT IS A CIVIL MATTER BETWEEN HER AND
THE NEIGHBOR BEHIND TO PUT THE DRIVEWAY
IN THE CORRECT SPOT AND THAT SHE CAN'T
BLOCK THEM OFF TO GET TO THEIR HOME. THE
ONLY VIOLATION THAT CE CAN HELP WITH ARE
THE PAVERS AND CE WILL BE THERE AS SOON
AS WE CAN TO REINSPECT. SHE THANKED CE
FOR THE HELP AND SHE WAS TRANSFERRED TO

THE BRICK PAVERS AT THE BEGINING OF HIS
DRIVEWAY ARE OVER THE PROPERTY LINE.
SKIP SAID HE WOULD MOVE THOSE, ASKED TO
MOVE WITHIN TWO WEEKS. REVIEWED THE
INGRESS/EGRESS EASEMENT WITH HIM AND
SINCE 14 PINEY POINT HAD BEEN SURVEYED
THE STAKES ARE STILL IN THE DRIVEWAY.
SHOWED HIM WHERE THE 10' EASEMENT SHOULD
BE, HOWEVER THE NEIGHBORS HEDGE IS IN
THE 10' EASEMENT ON HER SIDE, AS WELL AS
TWO TREES ON 14 PINEY POINT. SPOKE TO
SKIP AND KARRIE WHILE THERE, REMINDED
THAT CE IS THERE ONLY AS A COURTESY AND
THEY WILL NEED TO WORK THIS OUT OR MAY
NEED TO HIRE AN ATTORNEY, BUT HOPING
THEY CAN WORK IT OUT. ASKED SKIP FOR
