INFORMED HER THAT THEY HAVE TO CONTINUE
TO MOW. ALSO, THE CARPORT HAS HOUSEHOLD
TRASH THROUGHOUT, IN THE BINS, AND ON
THE GROUND, WITH A VERY FOUL ODER. SHE
INFORMED ME THAT HER ROOM MATE HAD
FORGOTTEN TO TAKE THE TRASH OUT TO THE
STREET ON MONDAY, AND THAT SHE WORKS AT
MCDONALDS, AND THEY HAVE ALLOWED HER TO
BRING THE TRASH TO THEIR DUMPSTER. SHE
HAD A FEW THINGS IN THE YARD THAT I
INSTRUCTED HER TO CLEAN UP THE YARD. SHE
SEEMED LIKE IT WOULD ALL BE TAKEN CARE
OF. I ALSO EXPLAINED THAT IF IT WERE
NOT, IT WOULD BE HEARD AT THE NOVEMBER
PUBLIC HEARING AND THAT A POSSIBLE LIEN
WITH FINES WOULD BE POSSIBLE. SHE SAID
SHE WAS NOT AWARE OF THE PROCESS, AND
WOULD HAVE IT ALL CLEANED UP. JD 2 HOUR
