THAT BY FAILING TO APPEAR AT THE
HEARING, THE RESPONDENT HAS ADMITTED THE

FROM THE FRAME LEAVING THE STRUCTURE
OPEN AND ACCESSIBLE. INTERIOR INSPECTION
REVEALED HOME TOTALLY CLUTTERED WITH
DEBRIS. OLD FURNITURE, PERSONAL
BELONGINGS AND TRASH ARE COVERED WITH
FALLEN DRYWALL AND INSULATION FROM
CEILING COLLAPSE. MOLD AND MILDEW IS
THROUGHOUT THE HOME. THE ELECTRICAL
SYSTEM HAS BEEN LARGELY REMOVED AND THE
GARAGE IS ALSO CLUTTERED WITH A CAR AND
DEBRIS. THE PREMISES ARE OVERGROWN WITH
HIGH GRASS AND WEEDS AND THERE ARE THREE
ABANDONED VEHICLES IN THE DRIVEWAY. I
HAVE ATTACHED A STANDARD HOUSING REPORT
AND STRUCTURE WILL HAVE TO BE DEMOLISHED
AND REMOVED FROM THE SITE AS REPAIR
COSTS WILL CERTAINLY EXCEED THE
APPRAISED VALUE OF THE PROPERTY.
