IS IN THE PEN HOWEVER, SHE DOES HAVE A
HORSE, IN WHICH SHE CAN MOVE TO FRIENDS.
MELISSA DID RECEIVE A LETTER FROM MRS.
BOWENS ATTORNEY, A FEW MONTHS AGO RE:
THE CONCRETE. ACCORDING TO MELISSA, WHEN
THE BOWENS BOUGHT THE PROPERTY THE
CONCRETE WAS THERE, WHO OWNED 556 LEAR A
TIME PRIOR,OWNED ALL THE PROPERTY AROUND
IT, WHEN MELISSA BOUGHT 556 LEAR, MRS.
BOWENS TOLD THEM IT WAS OKAY THAT THEY
COULD USE THE CONCRETE, UNTIL SHE WANTED
THEM TO BUY THE LOT AND THEY DIDN'T DUE
TO THE PRICE SHE GAVE THEM. MRS. BOWEN
NOW WANTS THEM TO REMOVE EVERYTHING OFF
HER PROPERTY. MELISSA STATED NOTHING ON
THE LOT EXCEPT THE CONCRETE, WHICH
MELISSA RESPONDED TO THE ATTORNEY'S
LETTER, MRS. BOWENS LOT AND SHE CAN CUT
THE CONCRETE IF SHE WANTS. THE SHED WAS
BEING RENTED AND THEY ARE COMING TO GET
IT SOON. ADVISED MELISSA THAT CE WILL
REVIEW THIS WITH SUPERVISOR AND RETURN
CALL TO HER WITHIN A WEEK, RE; THE
ENCROACHMENTS, SINCE OUR STAFF IS SHORT
