STRUCTURE IS DECLARED AS AN UNSAFE
RESIDENTIAL BUILDING UNDER SHC 12.19.108
(D). STRUCTURE WILL NEED TO BE ABATED BY
PROPER PERMITTING AND REPAIR OR
DEMOLISHED AND REMOVED FROM THE SITE. I
WILL TURN OVER TO CODE ENFORCEMENT FOR
THEIR PROCESS AND PROCEDURE.

THAT LARGE PORTION OF FRONT AND REAR
EXTERIOR WALL HAD BEEN REMOVED AND
REPLACED AND WAS TOTALLY OPEN TO THE
ELEMENTS. INTERIOR INSPECTION REVEALED
THAT THE ENTIRE INTERIOR HAD BEEN GUTTED
AND NEW INTERIOR WALLS HAD BEEN ERECTED.
THE PLUMBING AND MECHANICAL SYSTEMS HAD
BEEN COMPLETELY REMOVED AND THE MAJORITY
OF THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM HAD ALSO BEEN
REMOVED. POWER WAS STILL SUPPLIED TO THE
PANEL. THE MAIN BREAKER WAS OFF. TURNING
ON THE MAIN REVEALED THAT LIMITED BRANCH
CIRCUITS WERE FUNCTIONAL. PORTIONS OF
THE REAR PORCH ROOF WERE IN STATE OF
REPAIR WITH ROOF DECKING REMOVED. EXTENT
OF WORK WOULD REQUIRE PERMITTING. I
POSTED STOP WORK ORDER TO OBTAIN PERMITS
FOR WORK. I WILL SEND A COPY OF THIS
REPORT TO OWNER.
