REAR NEIGHBOR IS THE ONE THAT HAS BEEN
PULLING DOWN HIS FENCE, STATED THAT IS A
CIVIL MATTER AND THAT CE COULD NOT GET
INVOLVED WITH THAT. OWNER SAID HE WOULD
TRY TO REPAIR THE POOL THIS WEEKEND, IF
