ANYTHING FROM US. I CALLED ERIC AND HE SPOKE WITH
THEM, TENENT WAS UPSET AND LEFT THE OFFICE.

ABOUT THIS COMPLAINT. THEY CALLED BACK
YESTERDAY TO INQUIRE WHICH TENANT HAD
CALLED AS THEY WERE ONSITE TO
INVESTIGATE. THEY CALLED AGAIN TODAY TO
INDICATE THAT THEY HAD LEFT NOTICE TO
CALL OFFICE SO THEY COULD INVESTIGATE. I
LATER RECEIVED CALL FROM MY OFFICE THAT
COMPLAINTANT WAS PRESENT ASKING WHEN I
WOULD MAKE VISIT. I SPOKE TO
COMPLAINTANT AND INFORMED THAT I HAD
BEEN IN TOUCH WITH MANAGEMENT AND THEY
WERE TRYING TO CONTACT HER TO CHECK
COMPLAINT. COMPLAINTANT SAID SHE HAD
BEEN IN TOUCH WITH AN ATTORNEY AND SHE
WAS HAVING ISSUES WITH PROPERTY
MANAGEMENT AND ALSO INDICATED THAT SHE
HAD COME FROM SHERIFF'S OFFICE AND THEY
HAD TOLD HER TO HAVE BUILDING DEPARTMENT
WRITE REPORT. I TOLD HER THAT MANAGEMENT
WAS RESPONDING AND THEY WOULD HAVE TO BE
GIVEN OPPORTUNITY TO ADDRESS.
COMPLAINTANT WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH MY
RESPONSE AND INDICATED THAT OTHER ISSUES
WERE PRESENT AT PROPERTY. I SAID THAT
THE COMPLAINT WAS ABOUT THE ROOF AND
MANAGEMENT WAS RESPONDING AND THAT SHE
NEEDED TO CONTACT THEM SO THEY COULD
ADDRESS. COMPLAINTANT LEFT OFFICE
WITHOUT COMPLETING PHONE CONVERSATION. I
WILL AVOID BEING SUBJECT TO TAKING SIDES
IN A TENANT LANDLORD DISPUTE AND ALLOW
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT OPPORTUNITY TO
RESOLVE COMPLAINT.
