VIA THE ENTERED COMPLAINT. CE TRIED TO
EXPLAIN TO HIM THAT HIS SURVEY WOULD
NEED TO SHOW THE SHED NOT MEETING
SETBACKS, HE INDICATED THAT HE HAD 4
SURVEYS OF HIS PROPERTY AS HE JUST BUILT
IT, CE AGAIN TRIED TO EXPLAIN TO HIM
THAT A SURVEY WOULD NEED TO BE PROVIDED
TO SHOW THE SHED NOT MEETING SETBACKS,
WHICH UPSET THE COMPLAINTANT. HE THEN
WANTED US TO WALK THE PROPERTY WITH HIM
TO SHOW THE TREE DEBRIS AT THE SIDE OF
THE SHED, WHICH WILL NEED TO BE REMOVED,
HOWEVER THE BUILDING MATERIALS TO
INCLUDE LUMBER IS OFF THE GROUND, AND
WOULD BE ABLE TO STAY IN THAT MANNNER.
HE INSISTED THAT THE BUILDING MATERIALS
DID NOT MEET SET BACKS, CE AGAIN TRIED
TO EXPLAIN TO HIM THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE
SET BACKS, AND IF THE SHED WAS STILL AND
ISSUE, CE WOULD REQUIRE A SURVEY. CE
WOULD ADDRESS THE TREE DEBRIS/SCRAP WITH
