TENANT HAS TRIED TO DETERMINE SOURCE OF
INTRUSION BUT HAS BEEN UNABLE TO. MY
INSPECTION REVEALED WATER STAINED BASE
BOARD IN THIS AREA. EXTERIOR INSPECTION
SHOWED WEATHERED PAINT ON THIS WALL
WATER STAINING AND MINOR CRACKS IN THE
STUCCO FINISH. I RECOMMENDED TO CAULK
WINDOW AND CRACKS IN STUCCO AND REPAINT
WITH 2 COATS OF A GOOD GRADE PAINT TO
SEE IF THAT WOULD SOLVE PROBLEM. THERE
IS NO CODE VIOLATION TO CITE AND WILL
CLOSE THIS CASE.
