INTERIOR TO ELEMENTS AND ALLOWING WATER
INTRUSION. THE CEILINGS HAVE COLLAPSED
AND THE WOOD TRUSS SYSTEM HAS BEEN
COMPROMISED. THE WOOD SUB-FLOOR IS ALSO
FAILING DUE TO WATER INTRUSION. THE
STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY OF THE UNIT HAS
BEEN COMPROMISED AND CANNOT BE REPAIRED
DUE TO THE TRUSS FAILURE. I HAVE DEEMED
THE STRUCTURE AS AN UNSAFE STRUCTURE AND
THE UNIT WILL HAVE TO BE DEMOLISHED AND
REMOVED FROM THE SITE UNDER 12.19.500,
UNSAFE STRUCTURE. ALSO, NEIGHBOR REPORTS
THAT OWNER OF THIS UNIT TOOK FEMA MONEY
AND LEFT TOWN TELLING PARK MANAGER THAT
PARK COULD HAVE THE UNIT. NEIGHBOR ALSO
REPORTS THAT PARK MANAGER HAS INDICATED
THAT HE INTENDED TO REHAB THIS UNIT.
THIS WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE AS TRUSS
SYSTEM FAILURE HAS OCCURRED COMPROMISING
THE UNITS STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY.
