THE REAR ENTRY DOOR IS NAILED SHUT. THIS
DOOR ALSO HAS THE GLASS MISSING IN THE
DOOR LEAVING OPEN TO EXTERIOR ELEMENTS.
THE ROOF IS IN NEED OF REPLACEMENT WITH
MISSING SHINGLES AND VISIBLE DECKING
DAMAGE. ROOF SHOULD BE REPLACED BEFORE
FURTHER STRUCTURAL DAMAGE OCCURS. THE
REAR DOOR NEEDS TO BE MADE OPERABLE AND
THE GLASS REPLACED. I ALSO RECOMMEND TO
HAVE ROOF REPLACED. I WILL SEND A COPY
OF THIS REPORT TO OWNER WITH REQUEST TO
CALL FOR REINSPECTION WHEN REPAIRS ARE
MADE TO CLOSE THIS CASE.
