THE HEARING WAS PROVIDED TO THE
RESPONDENT. THE SPECIAL MAGISTRATE FOUND
THAT BY FAILING TO APPEAR AT THE
HEARING, THE RESPONDENT HAS ADMITTED THE
VIOLATIONS AND WAIVED HER RIGHT TO A
HEARING. THE SPECIAL MAGISTRATE ADMITTED

IN POOR CONDITION. SINGLEWIDE MOBILE
HOME IS APPARENTLY USED FOR STORAGE MOST
OF WHICH IS DEBRIS. MULTIPLE WINDOWS ARE
NOW BROKEN THE FRONT AND REAR ENTRY
DOORS ARE IN THE OPEN POSITION ALLOWING
ACCESS TO ANIMALS AND VERMIN. THE REAR
PORCH HAS COLLAPSED. HOME IS CLUTTERED
WITH TRASH AND DEBRIS. THE PREMISES ARE
OVERGROWN WITH TRASH AND DEBRIS IN THE
REAR YARD. CEILINGS SHOW WATER STAINS
AND DAMAGE FROM ROOF FAILURE. THERE IS
NO POWER CONNECTED AND CONDITION OF
STRUCTURE HAS DETERIORATED SIGNIFICANTLY
IN THE PAST YEAR. REHABILITATION OF THIS
UNIT WILL CERTAINLY EXCEED THE APPRAISED
VALUE OF THE STRUCTURE. I POSTED
