INFORMED HER THAT I REACHED OUT TO THE
REALTOR, AND WOULD ALSO SEND A LETTER
CERT & REG MAIL TO THE PROPERTY OWNERS
TO MAKE THEM AWARE THAT CLEAN UP IS
NEEDED. GAVE HER NUMBER TO WASTE
CONNECTIONS FOR INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO
BUNLDE AND WHEN THEY WOULD PICK UP. SHE
SAID HER SON HAD BEEN REMOVING FENCE
PANELS FROM THE CANAL. SHE WAS NICE BUT
WANTED TO BE SURE THAT ALL PARTIES
INVOLVED WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEAN
UP. SHE DID STATE THEY (TENANTS) ARE
RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTENANCE OF THE
PROPERTY (MOWING) SENT A LETTER TODAY AS
WELL TO THE PROPERTY OWNERS AND TO THE
REALTOR TO INFORM THEM OF THE VIOLATION.
