TO BE VIEWED. THROUGH WINDOWS I OBSERVED
COLLAPSED CEILING AND FLOORS SYSTEM IN
AREAS. THE EXTERIOR WALLS ON THE NORTH
AND SOUTH SIDES ARE DETERIORATED FROM
WATER INTRUSION. WOOD FRAMED WALLS ARE
DISLODGED FROM THE FRAME OF THE
STRUCTURE. LOOSE SIDING ON THE SOUTH
SIDE ALLOWS VISUAL INSPECTION OF THE
BOTTOM PLATE OF THE WALL AND FRAME OF
THE UNIT. WOOD FRAME WALL IS ROTTED AMD
FRAME IS RUSTED AND DETERIORATED. REPAIR
OF THESE STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS IS NOT
ALLOWED PER HUD STANDARDS. I HAVE
DECLARED THE STRUCTURE AS DANGEROUS
STRUCTURE PER 12.19.500 A 1 AND IT WILL
HAVE TO BE DEMOLISHED AND REMOVED FROM
THE SITE. THE ACCESSORY STRUCTURE (SHED)
IS IN GOOD CONDITION AND CAN REMAIN.
