MOBILE HOME THAT HAS SUFFERED SOME STORM
DAMAGE. THE INSULATION KIT ON THE
CARPORT AND SCREENROOM ROOF HAS LARGELY
BLOWN OFF. PORTIONS REMAIN THAT ARE
PARTIALLY ATTACHED AND ARE A WINDBORNE
DEBRIS HAZARD. THE ALUMINUM PANS ARE
INTACT. THE SHINGLES ON THE EAST SIDE OF
THE MOBILE HOME HAVE BLOWN OFF AND THIS
ROOF SECTION HAS BEEN TARPED. THE TARP
HAS DETERIORATED AND IS NO LONGER
PROTECTING THE STRUCTURE. LOOKING
THROUGH THE SLIDING GLASS DOORS I CAN
SEE STAINING IN THE CEILING OF THE
LIVING ROOM CONFIRMING THAT WATER
INTRUSION HAS OCCURRED. FAILURE TO
REPAIR ROOF WILL RESULT IN STRUCTURAL
DAMAGE TO ROOF SYSTEM. AT THIS POINT
REMOVAL OF THE REMAINING INSULATION
PACKAGE MUST BE DONE TO REMOVE DEBRIS
HAZARD AND REPLACEMENT OF THE SHINGLED
ROOF IS HIGHLY RECCOMENDED. I WILL SEND
A COPY OF THIS REPORT TO HOMEOWNER OF
RECORD.
