ILLEGAL DUMPING AND THEY CANNOT PICK UP
DUE TO IT BEING ON A COMMERCIAL
PROPERTY. I CONTACTED MR. PRICKETT TO
INFORM HIM THAT YES HIS PROPERTY IS
CLEAN, HOWEVER, IT APPEARS THAT SOME OF
THE ITEMS FROM HIS PROPERTY WERE MOVED
TO THIS PILE. HE SAID THAT YES, THE
PERSON WHO CLEANED UP THE PROPERTY
PLACED SOME ITEMS THERE AS THEY THOUGHT
IT WOULD BE PICKED UP, INFORMED HIM THAT
IS NOT THE CASE. HE STATED THEY WOULD
GET IT CLEANED UP AND HAULED OFF, TO
INCLUDE THE TREE DEBRIS (WHICH IS NOT ON

AT THE SIDE OF THE BUILDING, ALONG WITH
LARGE PILES OF HORTICULTURAL DEBRIS,
MOST LIKELY FROM THE STORM. CE TO REACH
OUT TO REALTOR FROM SIGN THAT WAS NEAR
THE SIDE DOORS OF THE BLDG. TO INQUIRE
IF THEY HAVE A PRESERVATION CO. WILL
ALSO ISSUE A NOTICE OF VIOLATION TO
CLEAN UP THE PROPERTY WITH TIME TO
