IS IN GOOD CONDITION. STRUCTURALLY SOUND
WITH SOME REQUIRED REPAIR DUE TO
HURRICANE IRMA. THE STORM BLEW OFF THE
ALUMINUM SCREENROOM ATTACHED TO THE REAR
(EAST) OF THE HOME. THE EAST EXPOSURE OF
THE ROOF IS TARPED AND PRESUMED SHINGLE
DAMAGE. FURTHER DAMAGE IS NOT SUSPECTED
AS INTERIOR INSPECTION SHOWS NO CEILING
DAMAGE OTHER THAN SOME MINOR STAINING OF
THE CEILING ABOVE THE SLIDING GLASS DOOR
THAT LED TO THE SCREENROOM THAT HAS BEEN
REMOVED. THE WEST EXPOSURE OF THE ROOF
HAS TARP EXTENDED OVER THE RIDGE AND
DOWN THE ROOF @ 3'-4' WITH THE REST OF
THE EXPOSED ROOFING SHOWING NO APPARENT
DAMAGE. THE EXTERIOR SIDING IS INTACT
BUT MAY NEED REPAIR AS THE CARPORT AND
SHED ADDITION TO THE FRONT (WEST) SIDE
OF THE STRUCTURE WILL HAVE TO BE REMOVED
FOR TRANSPORT. THERE ARE 2 AREAS OF THE
FLOOR THAT WILL NEED TO BE REPLACED, ONE
IN THE HALL BATH ALONG THE TUB/SHOWER
UNIT AND ANOTHER AREA IN THE BACK
BEDROOM CLOSET AREA. GFCI PROTECTED
OUTLETS WILL NEED TO BE INSTALLED IN THE
KITCHEN AREA AND THE A/C DUCT WORK WILL
NEED TO BE UPGRADED TO R8. THE BOTTOM
BOARD AND FLOOR INSULATION HAS AREAS
THAT WILL HAVE TO BE REPAIRED DURING
INSTALLATION AT NEW SITE. I WAS UNABLE
TO LOCATE A DATA PLATE INDICATING WIND
ZONE CATEGORY. THIS IS A HOMES OF MERIT
UNIT CONSTRUCTED REPORTEDLY IN 1989. I
WOULD APPROVE FOR RELOCATION WITH NOTED
REPAIRS MADE AT INSTALLATION AT NEW
LOCATION.
