CONTRACTOR VOLUNTEERED TO SEAL SHINGLE
TABS. OWNER WAS AMICABLE TO THIS WITH
ASSURANCE THAT IF LEAKING OCCURRED
CONTRACTOR WOULD ADDRESS.
