THE INCORRECT LANG. ON THE NOV AND
INFORMED HIM THAT WE ARE NOT REQUIRED TO
GIVE VERBAL/DOOR KNOCKERS, WE ARE HERE
TO INFORM THE PUBLIC OF OUR CODE AND
WORK WITH THEM TO BRING INTO COMPLIANCE.
I ASKED HIM IF HE HAS THE MAJORITY OF
THE WORK COMPLETED BY 4/2/18 THAT I
WOULD GIVE HIM A CONTINUANCE TO BRING
THE PROPERTY INTO COMPLIANCE. HE
INFORMED ME THAT HE WILL HAVE IT IN
COMPLIANCE AND A CONTINANCE WILL NOT BE
REQUIRED.

HE STATED THAT WAS UNTRUE AS HE DID NOT
HAVE DISCUSSION W/ CE. INFORMED HIM THAT
WE REFER TO THE DK AS VERBAL WARNINGS,
AS A COURTESY, AND I ASKED HIM HOW WAS I
TO KNOW THAT THE PROPERTY IS VACANT? HE
SAID HE DID NOT KNOW. INFORMED HIM THAT
WE DONT HAVE TO GIVE VERBAL (DK) WE CAN
WRITE FOR A VIOLATION, WE DO THAT AS A
COURTESY. HE WAS EXTREMLY UPSET AND
SCREAMED INTO THE PHONE. INFORMED HIM HE
WOULD HAVE TO CALM DOWN, OR I WOULD NOT
FINISH THE DISCUSSION, AND INSTRUCTED
HIM TO CALL ME BACK WHEN HE COULD TALK
