CONSTRUCTION AS THE NEW STUCCO HAS NOT
YET BEEN PAINTED AND THE WINDOW STILL
HAS MANUFACTURERS STICKERS APPLIED. THIS
ENCLOSURE DOES REQUIRE PERMITTING AND
USE OF THE FORMER GARAGE AS POSSIBLE
LIVING AREA WILL NEED TO BE ADDRESSED.
OWNER WILL HAVE TO OBTAIN A PERMIT AND
INSPECTION WILL NEED TO BE MADE. FAILURE
TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN THIS CASE
REMAINING OPEN WHICH WILL PREVENT FUTURE
SALE OF PROPERTY. THE PLANS FOR THE
PERMITTING PROCESS WILL NOT BE REQUIRED
TO BE ENGINEERED AS STRUCTURAL CONCERNS
