APPROXIMATELT HALF OF THE ROOF AND ROOF
DECKING HAS BEEN REMOVED LEAVING EXPOSED
WOOD TRUSS SYSTEM. LARGE PORTIONS OF THE
CEILINGS IN THIS AREA HAS COLLAPSED
LEAVING THE UNIT TOTALLY EXPOSED TO THE
ELEMENTS. THE ALUMINUM ADDITION ON THE
WEST SIDE OF THE STRUCTURE ALSO HAS THE
ROOF REMOVED AND WALLS COLLAPSED. DEBRIS
FROM THIS DAMAGE IS PILED ON WEST SIDE
OF STRUCTURE. THERE IS NO POWER
CONNECTED AND UNIT APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN
VACANT. SPOKE TO THE NEIGHBOR WHO
CONFIRMED THAT UNIT HAS NOT BEEN
INHABITED FOR NUMBER OF YEARS. HE ALSO
INDICATED THAT A MR. ROLLIN WHO IS A
NEIGHBOR HAS BEEN DOING MAINTANENCE AND
YARD WORK AS OWNER LIVES IN CONNETICUT.
HE BELIEVES THE OWNER IS CONFINED TO A
NURSING HOME. I LEFT HIM A CARD TO GIVE
TO MR. ROLLIN WITH REQUEST TO CALL FOR
UPDATE. I POSTED THE PROPERTY AS
UNINHABITABLE AND WILL FOLLOW UP WITH
STANDARD HOUSING REPORT AND TURN OVER TO
CODE ENFORCEMENT TO HAVE STRUCTURE
DEMOLISHED AND REMOVED FROM PROPERTY AS
REPAIR WITH CERTAINLY EXCEED APPRAISED
VALUE OF STRUCTURE.
