TENANT COMPLAINT. THERE IS A LEAK ON THE BACK
PORCH. THERE ARE EXPOSED WIRES IN THE OUTLETS.

THERE IS AN ELECTRICAL SWITCH AT THE
FRONT ENTRY DOOR THAT HAS BEEN REMOVED
LEAVING EXPOSED WIRING. THIS NEEDS TO BE
REPAIRED IMMEDIATELY BY INSTALLING A NEW
SWITCH AND COVER PLATE. TENANT ALSO
REPORTED THAT THE CEILING IN THE UTILITY
ROOM AREA HAD BEEN REPAIRED BUT THAT
EXISTING MOLD FROM WATER INTRUSION HAD
NOT BEEN TREATED AND JUST COVERED WITH
NEW CEILING. THE CEILING IN THE REAR
PORCH AREA HAS ALSO BEEN REPAIRED,
REPORTEDLY NUMEROUS TIMES, AND IS STILL
LEAKING. THERE ARE SEVERAL AREAS OF THE
CEILING THAT SHOW SIGNS OF WATER
INTRUSION. VISIBLE INSPECTION OF THE
ROOF SHOWS SHINGLE DAMAGE FROM THE
HURRICANE. THE ENTIRE ROOF NEEDS TO BE
REPLACED. THE CHAINLINK FENCE ON THE
WEST SIDE OF THE BACK YARD AREA HAS ALSO
BLOWN DOWN IN THE STORM, THIS NEEDS TO
BE REPAIRED ALSO. TENANT ALSO REPORTED
THAT THE FAUCET ON THE SINK IN HE HALL
BATH DRIPS CONSTANTLY. THIS CAN BE
REPAIRED SIMPLY BY INSTALLING A NEW
WASHER IN THE FAUCET. TENANT REPORTS
THAT MANY WINDOWS DO NOT OPERATE OR
OPEN. WINDOWS SHOULD BE MADE OPERABLE. A
SMOKE DETECTOR ALSO NEEDS TO BE
INSTALLED IN THE RESIDENSE.
