INSPECTION I CONFIRMED THAT A BROTHER OF
THE OWNER IS LIVING AT THE REAR OF THE

ALUMINUM SCREENROOM ROOF HAS BEEN BLOWN
OFF. THIS HAS ALSO REMOVED A PORTION OF
THE MAIN ROOF OF THE MOBILE UNIT. I WAS
NOT ABLE TO ENTER THE STRUCTURE BUT
INSPECTION FROM EXTERIOR SHOWS EXPOSED
WOOD TRUSS SYSTEM THAT HAS FAILED AT
REAR OF UNIT. OTHER PORTIONS OF THE
ROOF, ALTHOUGH INTACT, ARE VISIBLY
SAGGING AND STRUCTURALLY COMPROMISED.
WATER INTRUSION HAS OBVIOUSLY OCCURRED
AND CEILING FAILURE AND COLLAPSE WOULD
BE EXPECTED. WITH CONDITION OF THE
VISIBLE TRUSS FAILURE THE STRUCTURAL
STABILITY OF THE ENTIRE MOBILE HOME HAS
BEEN COMPROMISED. REPAIR AND
REHABILITATION OF THIS UNIT IS NOT
FEASIBLE AND COSTS OF SUCH REPAIR WOULD
CERTAINLY EXCEED THE APPRAISED VALUE OF
THE HOME. WITH THESE CONSIDERATIONS I
HAVE CONDEMNED THE STRUCTURE AS UNSAFE
FOR HABITATION AND RECOMMEND TO DEMOLISH
AND REMOVE FROM THE PROPERTY.
