DAMAGED IN ANY WAY, A CONCRETE PAD COULD

PROPERTY WOULD HAVE TO BE BROUGHT INTO
COMPLIANCE WITH THE CURRENT CASE BEFORE

GET HIS ENGINEERED DRAWINGS COMPLETED,
PERMITS PULLED IN THAT TIME. OTHERWISE
