THAT HAS SUFFERED STORM DAMAGE AND IS IN
POOR CONDITION. HOME IS STRUCTURALLY
SOUND WITH WINDOWS INTACT. SHINGLED ROOF
IS IN NEED OF REPLACEMENT BUT DID NOT
OBSERVE ROOF DAMAGE FROM STORM. THE
HURRICANE HAS COLLAPSED THE ALUMINUM
POOL CAGE LEAVING THE POOL UNENCLOSED.
THE ENTRY DOOR UNDER THE CARPORT HAS
BEEN BROKEN INTO AND THE DOOR WAS
STANDING IN THE OPEN POSITION. INTERIOR
INSPECTION SHOWS NO SIGNS OF ROOF LEAKS
OR VANDALIZATION. THERE IS BEDDING IN
TWO OF THE BEDROOM AREAS AND IT IS
UNDETERMINED IF SQUATTERS ARE USING THE
PREMISES FOR HABITATION. THE POWER IS
OFF TO THE STRUCTURE. THE KITCHEN HAS
RANDOM STAPLE ITEMS ON THE COUNTER AND
THE REFRIDGERATOR HAS BEEN MOVED TO THE
DINING ROOM AREA. THE SHED AT REAR OF
THE CARPORT HAS COUCHES AND APPEARS TO
POSSIBLY BE USED FOR HABITATION. THE
STORM HAS BLOWN SOME OF THE ALUMINUM
FASCIA AND SOFFIT OFF AND A PORTION OF
THE DRYWALL CEILING IN THE CARPORT. THE
PREMISES ARE STREWN WITH TRASH AND
DEBRIS WITH HIGH GRASS AND WEEDS. THERE
IS A UTILITY TRAILER UNDER THE CARPORT
AND EMPTY TRASH CONTAINER. UTILITY
TRAILER HAS CORRENT TAG REGISTRATION.
THE HOME WILL HAVE TO BE SECURED TO NOT
ALLOW ENTRY AND THE POOL WILL HAVE TO BE
SECURED WITH CODE COMPLIANT POOL
BARRIER.
THE PREMISES WILL NEED TO BE CLEARED OF
DEBRIS AND THE GRASS MOWED FOR
COMPLIANCE.
