CONCERNS ABOUT.
1: THERE ARE SEVERAL ELECTRICAL ISSUES
WITHIN THE HOME. LIGHT SWITCHES THAT DO
NOT WORK AND OUTLETS WITHOUT ELECTRICAL
CURRENT. THIS IS A VIOLATION OF STANDARD
HOUSING CODE SECTION 12.19.304.
2: PLUMBING ISSUES EXIST IN THE HALL
BATHROOM. THE VANITY SINK DRAIN IS
LEAKING AND THE TOILET REPORTEDLY LEAKS
AT THE FLOOR LEVEL. THIS IS A VIOLATION
OF STANDARD HOUSING CODE SECTION
12.19.302.
3: THE KITCHEN SINK BASE CABINET HAS
SUSTAINED DAMAGE FROM THE SINK DRAIN
LEAKING. THE LEAK HAS BEEN REPAIRED AND
THE BOTTOM OF THE BASE CABINET HAS BEEN
REMOVED SO STORAGE IS ON THE CONCRETE
SLAB OF THE STRUCTURE IN THIS CABINET.
THERE IS MOLD GROWTH AND DAMAGE TO THE
REMAINING CABINET IN THIS AREA WHICH IS
A VIOLATION OF STANDARD HOUSING CODE
SECTION 12.19.301 F.2.
4: THERE IS ONE WINDOW WITH A BROKEN
PANE OF GLASS WHICH IS A VIOLATION OF
STANDARD HOUSING CODE SECTION 12.19.305

HOUSING CODE VIOLATIONS BUT NEED TO BE
ADDRESSED ARE
1: THE AIR CONDITION CONDENSATE DRAIN
LINE IS UNINSULATED ALLOWING
CONDENSATION TO DRIP AND COLLECT ON THE
FLOOR. THE AIR HANDLER UNIT IS ALSO
CONDENSATING MOISTURE ON THE CABINET.
THIS IS MOST LIKELY CAUSED BY DIRTY
COILS WITHIN THE UNIT. CLEANING OF THE
UNIT IS RECOMMENDED.
2: THERE APPEARS TO BE MOISTURE PRESENT
IN THE BACKSPLASH AREA OF THE KITCHEN
ALONG THE EXTERIOR WALL. SOURCE OF THIS
MOISTURE IS UNDETERMINED. INVESTIGATION
OF THIS SOURCE IS RECOMMENDED.
3: THE REAR SCREEN PORCH HAS BEEN LIFTED
DURING THE HURRICANE AND HAS BECOME
DISCONNECTED FROM THE FOUNDATION SLAB.
REATTACHMENT TO THE SLAB MUST BE
ACCOMPLISHED TO PREVENT FURTHER DAMAGE.
NONE OF THE REQUIRED REPAIRS WILL NEED
PERMITTING FROM THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT
BUT INSPECTION OF NOTED REPAIRS WILL
NEED TO BE DONE TO CLOSE THIS COMPLAINT.
