GOOD AFTERNOON, I HOPE MY EMAIL FINDS
YOU WELL. IT LOOKS LIKE THE GRASS HAS
BEEN MOWED AT THE ABOVE REFERENCED
ADDRESS, HOWEVER, THERE ARE SEVERAL
PATCHES IN AND AROUND THE TREES. THERE
ARE ALSO SOME VINES GROWING UP THE FRONT
OF THE HOME. THE PROPERTY IS ALMOST INTO
COMPLIANCE WITH A LITTLE LEFT TO DO. I
AM NOT SURE IF YOUR SUBCONTRACTOR WEED
WHACKED IN AND AROUND THE TREES.

CAN YOU SEND THEM BACK OUT THERE TO DO
SO?

ALSO, THERE ARE SEVERAL DEAD PLANTS AND
WEEDS GOING DOWN THE SIDE OF THE HOME.
IT DOES LOOK LIKE AN EYESORE COMPARED TO
THE HOMES ADJACENT. CAN WE TRY TO PLEASE
GET THIS PROPERTY CLEANED UP A LITTLE
MORE, OTHERWISE I WILL PROCEED WITH A
PUBLIC HEARING.

I HAVE NOT WRITTEN A NOTICE OF VIOLATION
AS OF YET. I ALWAYS TRY TO REACH OUT TO
PRESERVATION COMPANIES PRIOR TO WRITING
A PROPERTY, SO WE CAN WORK TOGETHER TO
ACHIEVE COMPLIANCE. I ALSO WANTED TO LET
YOU KNOW, THAT OUR HEALTH DEPARTMENT
ALSO REACHED OUT TO SAFEGUARD TO INFORM
THEM OF THE POOL STRUCTURE, THAT THEY
RECEIVED A COMPLAINT IN REGARDS TO
MOSQUITOS COMING FROM THE POOL. I WAS
UNABLE TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE REAR YARD,
AS IT IS FENCED IN.

ONCE THE PROPERTY HAS BEEN MAINTAINED
AND THE POOL ISSUES RECTIFIED, PLEASE
LET ME KNOW. I WILL INSPECT THE PROPERTY
AFTER THE MAINTENANCE HAS BEEN
COMPLETED, AND WILL BE ABLE TO CLOSE THE
CASE WITH NO FINES/LIEN PLACED ON THE
PROPERTY. IF THE PROPERTY IS NOT
MAINTAINED, THEN I WOULD ISSUE A NOTICE
OF VIOLATION, AND WOULD SCHEDULE THE
CASE TO BE HEARD AT OUR PUBLIC HEARING.

SO YES, THE PROPERTY WOULD BE IN
COMPLIANCE IF THE GRASS AND VINES ARE
MAINTAINED AND THE POOL IS ADDRESSED.
