HE WAS EXPECTING CE YESTERDAY, BUT CE
COULD NOT MAKE IT THERE, CE APOLOGIZED,
BUT DID LET HIM KNOW THAT WE WOULD LEAVE
HIM ONE MORE LETTER LETTING HIM KNOW
THAT THE PROPERTY WAS IN COMPLIANCE, AND
THAT THE HEARING WOULD BE CANCELLED. HE
