12.19.108 (D) (1). REHABILITATION OF
THIS STRUCTURE WILL REQUIRE FLOOD
PROVISIONS. THIS ADDED COST OF
REHABILITATION WILL CERTAINLY EXCEED
VALUE OF STRUCTURE, THEREFORE IT WILL
NEED TO BE DEMOLISHED AND REMAVED FROM
THE PROPERTY.

SIGNIFICANT FLOOD DAMAGE. FULL
INSPECTION IS NOT POSSIBLE AT THIS TIME
AS WATER LEVEL IS TOO HIGH TO GAIN
ACCESS. THERE APPEARS TO BE @ 3" OF
WATER IN THE HOME AT THIS TIME AND WATER
STAINS ON THE EXTERIOR BLOCK WALLS
INDICATE THAT 6"-7" OF WATER HAVE
ENGULFED HOME. THE ELECTRICITY HAS BEEN
CUT FROM THE HOME AND FURTHER INSPECTION
WILL NEED TO BE DONE WHEN WATER RECEDES.
DUE TO EXTENDED PERIOD OF WATER
INFILTRATION INTERIOR ENVIRONMENT CAN BE
EXPECTED TO SUSTAIN MAJOR DAMAGE. FULL
INSPECTION AND ASSESSMENT WILL NEED TO
BE COMPLETED WHEN WATER RECEDES.
