FOR 10 YEARS THEY HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT STUFF AND
OWNER WILL NOT FIX THEM. BATHTUB APPEARS TO BE
SINKING INTO THE FLOOR, BACK OF SINK UNDER
CABINETS HAS ROTTED OUT. THE WINDOWS LEAK, DO NOT
LOCK, SOME WINDOWS DO NOT OPEN, MISSING SCREENS IN
WINDOWS. A/C DOES NOT WORK, OWNER PROVIDED THEM
WITH ONE WINDOW UNIT, NO HEAT IN HOME. SOME
OUTLETS DONT WORK.

THIS IS AN OLDER MODEL MOBILE HOME IN
FAIR CONDITION. THERE IS A WEAK AREA OF
THE FLOOR IN THE HALL BATHROOM. THE
TUBSPLASH IN THIS BATHROOM HAS SERERATED
FROM THE TUB WHICH WILL ALLOW WATER
INTRUSION INTO WALL CAVITY. THIS WILL
LEAD TO STRUCTURAL DAMAGE TO WALL AND
FLOOR SYSTEM IF NOT CORRECTED. FLOOR
SYSTEM SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED AND
REPAIRED IF STRUCTURAL STABILITY BENEATH
TUB IS COMPROMISED. THERE IS A HOLE IN
THE CABINET AND THE WALL BENEATH THE
KITCHEN SINK TO EXTERIOR ENVIRONMENT.
THERE ARE ALSO HOLES IN THE LIVING ROOM
WALL/FLOOR AREA TO EXTERIOR ENVIRONMENT.
THESE ARE A VIOLATION OF STANDARD
HOUSING CODE (SHR) SECTION 12.19.305 P
(1) AND WILL NEED TO BE REPAIRED. THERE
IS AN ELECTRICAL OUTLET IN THE LIVING
ROOM WITHOUT PROTECTIVE COVER AND
REPORTS OF ELECTRIC OUTLET MALFUNCTION
IN LIVING ROOM. THE FRONT PORCH LIGHT
HAS BROKEN AND HAS BEEN TEMPORARILY
SECURED. THERE IS ALSO OPEN WIRING IN
THE SHED STRUCTURE SUPPLYING THE PUMP.
THESE ISSUES ARE A VIOLATION OF SHC
SECTION 12.19.304 AND WILL NEED TO BE
INVESTIGATED AND REPAIRED. THE CHECK
VALVE ON THE WELL APPEARS TO BE CORRODED
AND NEAR FAILURE. THIS IS NOT A SHC
VIOLATION BUT RECOMMENDATION TO
INVESTIGATE AND REPAIR BEFORE ISSUE
ARRISES. THERE ARE TWO WINDOWS THAT HAVE
BROKEN PANES OF GLASS. THIS IS A
VIOLATION OF SHC SECTION 12.19.305 (H)
AND THE MAJORITY OF THE WINDOWS ARE
MECHANICALLY SEALED SHUT WHICH IS A
VIOLATION OF SHC SECTION 12.19.305 (J).
WINDOWS DO NOT HAVE SCREENS INSTALLED
WHICH IS A VIOLATION OF SHC SECTION
12.19.305 (M 1). WINDOWS WILL HAVE TO BE
MADE FUNCTIONAL, GLASS REPAIRED AND HAVE
SCREENS INSTALLED OR WINDOWS REPLACED.
HOME IS STRUCTURALLY SOUND BUT IN NEED
OF MAINTENANCE.
