SUFFERED SIGNIFICANT FIRE DAMAGE. THE
FIRE ORIGINATED IN THE WEST PORTION OF
THE DUPLEX AND RESULTED IN COLLAPSE OF
THE WOOD TRUSS SYSTEM. COLLAPSE OF THE
ROOF CAUSED THE CONCRETE BLOCK TO BE
COMPROMISED. THE WEST PORTION OF THE
STRUCTURE IS TOTALLY DESTROYED. THE WEST
PORTION OF THE STRUCTURE DID SUSTAIN
SOME DAMAGE TO THE ROOF SYSTEM AND
CEILING AREA BUT WAS LARGELY UNHARMED.
SINCE FIRE OCCURRANCE THE STRUCTURE HAS
BEEN ABANDONED AND THE STRUCTURE HAS
BEEN VANDALIZED WITH ELECTRIC AND
PLUMBING SYSTEMS REMOVED OF RECYCLABLE
MATERIALS. THERE ARE HOLES IN THE WALLS
AND CEILINGS AND GRAFFITI SPRAY PAINTED
ON THE WALLS. STRUCTURE IS OPEN TO FULL
ACCESS. WINDOWS ARE BROKEN WITH SASHES
MISSING, INTERIOR DOORS ARE MISSING OR
DAMAGED BEYOND REPAIR. PREMISES ARE
OVERGROWN WITH WEEDS AND CLUTTERED WITH
DEBRIS. STRUCTURE IS A HEALTH AND SAFETY
CONCERN AND WILL NEED TO BE DEMOLISHED
AND REMOVED AND THE PROPERTY CLEANED OF
DEBRIS. I POSTED THE PROPERTY AS
UNINHABITABLE. PHOTOS ARE ATTACHED.
