IN PARK. THERE ARE DOCKS ON THE LAKE THAT ARE
UNSAFE TO WALK ON THAT NEED TO BE REMOVED.
WE NEED TO INSPECT UNITS #1, #52, #40, #10, THEY
ARE IN REAL BAD SHAPE AND SHOULD BE CONDEMED, THE
PARK IS SALING THEM TO PEOPLE TO FIX UP AND LIVE
IN. CAPTAIN JIM EDWARDS, SAYS HE WILL WALK THROUGH

VACANT AND IN QUESTION. FOUND 7
STRUCTURES IN POOR CONDITION BUT
OWNERSHIP OF THESE UNITS ARE IN
QUESTION. SPOKE WITH PARK MANAGER PEGGY
BY PHONE TO QUERRY OWNERSHIP OF UNITS.
SHE SAID SHE COULD LOOK UP THE
INFORMATION BY LOT NUMBERS TO ASSIST.
CALLED PEGGY BACK TODAY TO SET MEETING
TO DETERMINE OWNERSHIP OF UNITS ON LOTS
1, 10, 11, 18, 36, 40 & 52. PEGGY SAID
SHE WAS SICK AND ASKED IF WE COULD MEET
TOMORROW. I INFORMED THAT WOULD BE FINE
BUT THAT I WOULD POST NOTED UNITS AS
UNINHABITABLE TODAY. I POSTED UNITS 1,
10, 11, 18, 36, 40, & 52 TODAY. WHILE
THERE I SPOKE WITH ANOTHER PARK
REPRESENTATIVE WHO INDICATED THAT THE
PARK OWNER INTENDED TO REHABILITATE
THESE UNITS ALTHOUGH ALL AGREE THAT THIS
WOULD NOT BE PRUDENT INVESTMENT OF
RESOURSES. I ENCOURAGED HER TO HAVE THE
PARK OWNER CALL ME AS REHABILITATION
COSTS WILL GREATLY EXCEED VALUE OF UNITS
AND COST OF REPLACEMENT. PEGGY CALLED ME
BACK AT OFFICE TO INQUIRE IF I KNEW OF
DEMOLITION COMPANIES THAT PERFORMED WORK
FOR SCRAP METAL FEES. I TOLD HER I HAD
HEARD OF THIS BUT DID NOT KNOW WHO MIGHT
DO THIS TYPE OF WORK. PEGGY AND I WILL
MEET TO DISCUSS WHICH UNITS THEY WISH TO
REHAB. THOSE UNITS WILL NEED A FULL
REPORT OF REPAIRS NEEDED COMPLETED.
