HAS A POLICE REPORT. HE ALSO SAID THAT
HE IS NOT SURE IF HE CAN GET THE JACUZZI
TAKEN CARE OF BUT DID NOT SEEM TO BE TOO
WORRIED ABOUT IT, AS IT IS NOT LOCATED
ON HIS PROPERTY. INFORMED HIM THAT HE
HAD ALREADY TOLD CE THAT THE OTHER ITEMS
OF TRASH AND ACCUMULATION ON THE
ADJACENT PROPERTY 105 S EGRETE WAS HIS.
INFORMED HIM TO CALL THE ILLEGAL TASK
FORCE FOR ILLEGAL DUMPING, GAVE HIM THE
NUMBER, BUT ALSO TOLD HIM, THAT HE WOULD
NEED TO REMOVE HIS ITEMS FROM THAT PILE,
AS HE COULD BE INCLUDED IN THE CASE FOR
ILLEGAL DUMPING. INFORMED HIM THAT HE
SHOULD NOT BE PLACING HIS ITEMS ON 105
EGERE EITHER. TOLD HIM THAT CE IS NOT
SCHEDULED TO RETURN TO THE PROPERTY
UNTIL AFTER THE COMPLY BY DATE.
HOPEFULLY HE CAN GET ALL OF THE PROPERTY

THE ROW TO INCLUDE A JACUZZI TUB. CALLED
THE NEW OWNER BOB MERTES 414-3258 HE
SAID HE WOULD HAVE IT CLEANED UP. HE
STATED THAT HE HAD TAKEN SOME ITEMS TO
THE ROW FOR PICKUP, AND SOMEONE CAME
ALONG AND DUMPED THE JACUZZI TUB, BUT HE
SAID HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT. WILL REI
