AND ACCUMULATION THROUGHOUT THE
PROPERTY, TIRES, TOILET, CANS ETC. THERE
ARE TWO CARS AT THE REAR OF THE PROPERTY
THAT DO NOT HAVE TAGS, AND APPEAR TO BE
INOPERABLE. ONE IN THE FRONT YARD HAS
EXPIRED TAGS FROM JULY 2017. AS WE WERE
SPEAKING WITH THE YOUNG MAN, A YOUNG
WOMAN CAME OUT TO THE DOOR YELLING AT
CE, TELLING US TO GET WITH THE OWNER AND
THAT WE SHOULD NOT LEAVE ANYTHING AS SHE
HAD NO WAY TO GET THE INFORMATION TO THE
OWNER. INFORMED HER WE WERE GIVING HER A
VERBAL WARNING, BUT I WOULD BE MORE THAN
HAPPY TO WRITE A CITATION WHICH WOULD BE
A 100 FINE. SHE SLAMMED THE DOOR AND
SCREAMED FOUL LANGUAGE AT CE. MAY WANT
TO BRING TWO WHEN CE REI. COMPY BY
