THAT IS IN POOR CONDITION. STRUCTURALLY
SOUND BUT IN NEED OF REPAIRS. THERE IS A
SHERIFF'S NOTICE OF EVICTION POSTED ON
THE FRONT DOOR DATED 5/10/2017 SO RECENT
EVICTION HAS OCCURRED. THE GARAGE DOOR
HAS FALLEN OFF OF THE TRACKS AND HAS
COLLAPSED. THERE IS ONE WINDOW WITH
BROKEN PANE OF GLASS. THE FRONT ENTRY
DOOR WAS UNLOCKED, THE SIDE ENTRY DOOR
INTO THE GARAGE WAS STANDING IN THE OPEN
POSITION AND THE SLIDING GLASS DOOR TO
THE REAR SCREEN PORCH AREA WAS IN THE
OPEN POSITION. ANOTHER WINDOW WAS ALSO
OPEN. THE FRONT ENTRY DOOR HAS ROTTED
FRAME WORK AND IS NOT WEATHERTIGHT.
THERE IS NO SHOWER VALVE IN THE HALL
BATH TUB/SHOWER UNIT RENDERING IT
INOPERABLE. THE BASE OF THE CABINET
UNDER THE KITCHEN SINK HAS COLLAPSED AND
THERE ARE NUMEROUS HOLES IN THE WALLS OF
THE HOME. THE DRYWALL CEILING IS INTACT
AND SHOWS NO SIGNS OF WATER INTRUSION
ALTHOUGH EXTENSIVELY DIRTY. THE INTERIOR
DOORS ARE IN PLACE BUT SOME ARE BROKEN
OR HAVE HOLES AND THE HARDWARE IS
INOPERABLE. THE CLOSET BIFOLD DOORS ARE
MISSING OR DISPLACED. IT APPEARS THAT
THE SHINGLE ROOF HAS RECENTLY BEEN
REPLACED BUT SEARCH FOR PERMIT TO
CONFIRM SHOWS NO PERMIT ISSUED. SHINGLES
ARE INTACT AND APPEAR TO BE WATER TIGHT
BUT THERE ARE A COUPLE OF AREAS THAT I
WOULD SUGGEST PWNER TO INSPECT FOR
POSSIBLE REPAIR. THERE IS AN ACCESSORY
STRUCTURE AT THE REAR OF THE PROPERTY, A
DETACHED CARPORT/SHED, THAT THE ROOF HAS
FAILED LEAVING ROTTED SHEATHING FROM
WATER INTRUSION. THE ACCESSORY STRUCTURE
IS STRUCTURALLY SOUND BUT IS IN DIRE
NEED OF NEW ROOF AND ROOF DECKING
REPAIR. THERE IS TRASH AND DEBRIS STREWN
ABOUT THE INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR PREMISES
RANGING FROM CAR PARTS,OLD TIRES AND
MOTOR CYCLE FRAMES TO CLOTHING. PICTURES
HAVE BEEN ATTACHED. STANDARD HOUSING
REPORT WILL DETAIL THE CORRECTIONS AND
REPAIRS THAT WILL NEED TO BE MADE.
