HAD STRUCTURAL FAILURE. THE FOUNDATION
HAS COLLAPSED AND THE EXTERIOR WALL HAS
DROPPED 6"-8".THE PREMISES ARE OVERGROWN
WITH 3'-4' WEEDS AND DEBRIS STREWN
ABOUT. THE FRONT DOOR WAS LOCKED AND
SECURE. LOOKING THROUGH THE FRONT
WINDOWS I COULD SEE THAT THE HOME WAS
ABANDONED AND THAT THE REAR WALL OF THE
STRUCTURE WAS MISSING. MAKING MY WAY TO
THE REAR OF THE HOME I OBSERVED THAT A
CBS ADDITION TO THE SOUTHWEST OF THE
HOME HAS BEEN PARTIALLY DEMOLISHED
LEAVING EXPOSED REBAR AS A HAZARD. THE
REAR EXTERIOR WALL HAS BEEN PARTIALLY
DEMOLISHED ALSO LEAVING OPEN ACCESS TO
STRUCTURE. INTERIOR INSPECTION SHOWS
SIGNS OF WATER INTRUSION IN THE CEILINGS
OF MOST ROOMS. VAST MAJORITY OF THE WALL
FINISH HAS BEEN REMOVED EXPOSING THE
WALL FRAMING. THE WOOD FLOOR SYSTEM HAS
BEEN PATCHED AND REPAIRED IN NUMEROUS
LOCATIONS BUT STRUCTURAL MEMBERS ARE
INSUFFICIENT LEAVING THE FLOOR SYSTEM
UNSTABLE. THERE IS ONE CHAIR AND TABLE
IN THE FRONT LIVING ROOM AREA WHICH
RAISES QUESTION OF SQUATTER USE.
CONDITION OF STRUCTURE IS SUCH THAT
REHABILITATION IS UNATTAINABLE.
STRUCTURE IS A HAZARD TO LIFE AND SAFETY
AND WILL NEED TO BE REMOVED FROM THE
PROPERTY.
