ACCESS FROM FRONT GATE AS IT WAS LOCKED.
I THEN WENT TO 4310 VANTAGE CIRCLE WHICH
IS ADDRESS OF COMPLAINTANT. THIS ADDRESS
PROVIDES OPEN ACCESS TO PROPERTY. THIS
APPEARS TO BE AN ABANDONED TREE FARM AND
NURSERY. THERE IS A SHED AND A POLE BARN
STRUCTURE ON THE WEST SIDE OF THIS
PROPERTY WHICH IS DIRECTLY ADJACENT TO
THE VANTAGE CIRCLE ADDRESS. THE SHED IS
IN FAIR CONDITION, STRUCTURALLY SOUND
BUT IN NEED OF SOME SIDING REPAIR, PAINT
AND NEEDS TO BE PROPERLY ANCHORED. THE
POLE BARN STRUCTURE IS IN POOR
CONDITION, STRUCTURALLY DEFICIENT WITH
ROTTED RAFTERS AND SIDING. THIS
STRUCTURE WILL HAVE TO BE DEMOLISHED AND
REMOVED FROM THE SITE. THERE IS ALSO AN
ABANDONED GREENHOUSE STRUCTURE TO THE
SOUTH OF THE PROPERTY. THE METAL AND
WOOD FRAMING IS ALL THAT REMAINS OF THIS
STRUCTURE WITH PORTIONS DETATCHED AND
HANGING LOOSE. THIS STRUCTURE WILL NEED
TO BE REPAIRED SO FRAMING MEMBERS ARE
NOT IN DANGER OF BREAKING LOOSE IN HIGH
WINDS OR DEMOLISHED AND REMOVED FROM
PROPERTY. THERE IS ANOTHER SHED AND
NURSERY STRUCTURE TO THE NORTH OF THE
PROPERTY. THIS SHED IS ALSO IN POOR
CONDITION WITH ROTTED SIDING. THIS SHED
NEEDS THE SIDING REPAIRED AND PAINTED
AND THE SHED NEEDS TO BE PROPERLY
ANCHORED. THE NURSERY STRUCTURE HAS
SCREEN CLOTH ATTACHED TO THE WOOD
FRAMING. THE WOOD FRAMING IS WEATHERED
AND ROTTING AND SOME MEMBERS HAVE BECOME
DETATCHED. THIS STRUCTURE WILL NEED TO
BE REPAIRED TO ENSURE THAT FRAMING
MEMBERS DO NOT COLLAPSE AND BECOME
WINDBORNE DEBRIS OR DEMOLISHED AND
REMOVED FROM PROPERTY. THERE IS AN
OFFICE BUILDING A SHED AND ANOTHER POLE
BARN STRUCTURE AT THE NORTHEAST PORTION
OF THE PROPERTY. THE OFFICE BUILDING IS
LOCKED AND SECURED AND IS IN GOOD
CONDITION EXCEPT THAT THE ROOF SHOWS
SIGNS OF NEEDING THE SHINGLES REPLACED.
THE SHED AND THE POLE BARN STRUCTURE
HAVE METAL ROOFS AND ARE IN FAIR
CONDITION WITH THE ONLY CONCERN BEING
THAT THE SHED NEEDS TO BE PROPERLY
ANCHORED. THE ENTIRE PROPERTY IS UNKEPT
WITH DEBRIS AND ABANDONED GROWING
ACTIVITY. I WILL FORWARD TO CODE
ENFORCEMENT TO SEE IF PROPERTY IS IN
VIOLATION OF ANY ZONING REGULATIONS.
