LETTER WITH PHOTOS OF THIS PROPERTY ON
20 MARCH 2017, BUT PERHAPS IT WAS NOT
RECEIVED BY CORRECT INDIVIDUALS. ON
APRIL 2ND, I MADE A SHORT VIDEO OF THE
AREA, STARTING WITH WELL-TENDED HOUSES
AND COMING TO THE “DISASTER.” THIS
RENTAL PROPERTY CONTINUES TO GET
“TRASHIER.” ONE SUSPECTS INDIVIDUALS ARE
EVEN LIVING IN A TRAILER IN THE FRONT
YARD. TWO WEEK PRIOR TO MAILING THE
LETTER (I THOUGHT) TO YOUR OFFICE, I
WROTE TO THE PROPERTY OWNERS OF RECORD
ON THE BCPA TAX FILES. NO ACTION WAS
TAKEN.
