I HOPE MY EMAIL FINDS YOU WELL.

CODE ENFORCEMENT RECEIVED A COMPLAINT ON
THE ABOVE REFERENCED PROPERTY REGARDING
AN UNSAFE FENCE AND SOFFIT HANGING FROM
THE ROOF AT THE REAR OF THE DUPLEX.

I INSPECTED THE PROPERTY ON MARCH 31,
2017 AND CONFIRMED THAT THE FENCING IS
IN SEVERE NEED OF REPAIRS, AS IT IS
LEANING, AND THERE ARE SEVERAL MISSING
BOARDS THROUGHOUT (WHICH IS CAUSING A
HEALTH/LIFE SAFETY AS CHILDREN HAVE BEEN
PLAYING ON THE FENCE, AND PUTTING THEIR
HEADS THROUGH THE HOLES). THE CHILDREN
ARE ALSO PLAYING ON THE HANGING METAL AT
THE REAR OF THE DUPLEX, AND THE
NEIGHBORS ARE CONCERNED THAT SOMEONE IS
GOING TO GET HURT.

WHEN DO YOU THINK YOU CAN HAVE THE
REPAIRS OF THE FENCE, AND THE
SOFFIT/FASCIA REPAIRED? I AM SCHEDULED
TO REVISIT THE PROPERTY IN THREE WEEKS,
AND AT THAT TIME I WILL ISSUE A WARNING
CITATION TO HAVE THESE ISSUES REPAIRED.

I LOOK FORWARD TO HEARING FROM YOU SOON,
AS I DO NOT WANT ANYONE TO GET HURT ON

VERY NICE AND POLITE ALONG W/ HER
CHILDREN. WILL CONTACT PROPERTY OWNER,
AND POSSBILY INVOLVE THE BUILDING
