EXTERIOR LOOKING THROUGH UNCOVERED
WINDPWS. THESE UNCOVERED WINDOWS ARE ON
THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE STRUCTURE UNDER
THE FRONT PORCH AREA. THERE ARE FOUR
WINDOWS THAT ALL HAVE SHATTERED GLAZING
LEAVING SHARDS OF GLASS ON THE FLOOR OF
THE PORCH AND THE INTERIOR OF THE UNIT.
THE INTERIOR OF THE UNIT APPEARS TO BE
IN FAIR CONDITION WITH ONLY MINOR
VANDALIZATION OF THE GLASS DOORS OF THE
KITCHEN CABINETRY. FLOORS, WALLS AND
CEILINGS APPEAR TO BE INTACT WITH NO
SIGNS OF WATER INTRUSION. INTERIOR DOORS
ARE IN PLACE AND HOME IS FREE OF
VANDALIZATION THAT MIGHT BE EXPECTED OF
AN ABANDONED PROPERTY. FIVE OTHER
WINDOWS ON THE REMAINING SIDES OF THE
STRUCTURE HAVE BEEN COVERED WITH PLYWOOD
OR METAL SO INSPECTION OF THESE AREAS
WAS NOT PERFORMED AND CONDITION OF THESE
WINDOWS AND AREAS OF THE STRUCTURE ARE
UNDETERMINED. THE VINYL SIDIND IS IN
NEED OF SOME REPAIR IN AREAS BUT IS
LARGELY INTACT. SKIRTING IS ALSO IN NEED
OF REPAIR. THE FRONT PORCH ROOF
STRUCTURE DOES NOT MEET BUILDING CODE
REQUIREMENTS AND WILL HAVE TO BE REMOVED
AND REBUILT TO BUILDING CODE
REGULATIONS. THIS PORCH ROOF SHOWS SIGNS
OF WATER INTRUSION AND DECK STAINING ON
THE EXPOSED UNDERSIDE. THE SHINGLES ON
THE ROOF OF THE MAIN STRUCTURE SHOW
SIGNS OF REPAIR AND IS IN NEED OF
REPLACEMENT. THERE IS AN ACCESSORY
STRUCTURE (PRE-BUILT SHED) AT THE REAR
OF THE PROPERTY. THIS SHED IS PROPERLY
BLOCKED AND ANCHORED AND IS STRUCTURALLY
SUFFICIENT ALTHOUGH IT DOES NEED SOME
MINOR SIDING REPAIR AND DOOR HARDWARE
INSTALLED ON THE DOOR. THE PREMISES ARE
OVERGROWN WITH HIGH GRASS AND WEEDS BUT
DEBRIS IS MINIMAL. THIS PROPERTY CAN BE
REHABILITATED BUT MUST IMMEDIATELY BE
SECURED BY BOARDING THE FOUR SOUTH
WINDOWS. CLEAN UP OF THE BROKEN GLASS
HAZARD MUST ALSO BE DONE ALONG WITH
MOWING OF THE PREMISES.
