THE OPEN POSITION. THE REAR ENTRY DOOR
IS ALSO STANDING IN THE OPEN POSITION
ALLOWING READY ACCESS. THE INTERIOR IS
STREWN WITH DEBRIS AND FALLEN CEILING
MATERIAL AND INSULATION. FEW INTERIOR
DOORS ARE IN PLACE. THE KITCHEN AND
BATHROOM AREAS HAVE BEEN GUTTED OF
FIXTURES AND THE ELECTRICAL AND PLUMBING
SYSTEMS HAVE BEEN VANDALIZED. THE WOOD
FLOOR SYSTEM IS UNLEVEL AND IN DANGER OF
COLLAPSE. THE EXTERIOR WALLS SHOW SIGNS
OF STRUCTURAL FAILURE DUE TO ROT AND
FLOOR SYSTEM FAILURE. THERE ARE ALSO TWO
ACCESSORY STRUCTURES, A POLE BARN AND A
SHED, BOTH OF WHICH DO NOT MEET CODE
REQUIREMENTS AND ARE STRUCTURALLY
UNSAFE. PREMISES ARE OVERGROWN WITH
3'-4' HIGH WEEDS AND HAS SCATTERED TIRES
AND DEBRIS THROUGHOUT THE REAR OF THE
PROPERTY. ALL STRUCTURES WILL HAVE TO BE
