AND WAS UPSET THAT THE TRASH ISSUE WAS
THOUGHT TO BE AGAINST HER PROPERTY.
ADVISED TO ELLEN THAT CE IS JUST ASKING
FOR COMPLIANCE AND WHEN ALL CANS ARE
PLACE TOGETHER IT IS HARD TO SOMETIMES
FIND WHICH RESIDENT IT CAME FROM. SHE
UNDERSTANDS AND STATED DONNA IS A GOOD
TENANT, NEVER HAD PROBLEMS AND THAT SHE
WOULD CLEAN UP WHAT SHE CAN. DID STATE
THAT IF HER TENANTS PLACED THEIR TRASH
CANS ON HER PROPERTIES AND NOT ALL
TOGETHER IT COULD SOLVE THESE PROBLEMS
BUT CE KNOWS IT IS EASIER FOR TRASH
HAULER BUT THEY USUALLY STOP AT THREE
DIFFERENT HOUSES ANYWAYS. ALSO ADVISED
ELLEN THAT CE WOULD BE BACK AND WILL
VISIT 1710 MLK AGAIN ALSO. WILL CONTACT

CURIOUS WHY SHE WAS PICKED OUT OF THE
