TYPE MATERIAL THAT IS AT THE SIDE OF THE
TRAILER, LOOKS LIKE THEY ARE INSTALLING
NEW SKIRTING TO THE MH. 104 BALLARD
HANDRAILING INSTALLED, A LOT OF CLEAN UP
HAS BEEN COMPLETED. THERE ARE STILL TWO
VEHICLES THAT NEED TAGS. THERE ARE TIRES
AT REAR OF SHED. HE STATED THAT THE
TENANTS AT 108 DO TNO HELP HIM AT ALL,
HE PLANS ON TAKING THE TOPPER AND TIRES

GETTING THE HIGH GRASS MOWED. HAS
REMOVED SOME VEHICLES. WE SPOKE ABOUT
THE BUILDING OFFICIAL HAS DONE A SHC
INSPECTION FOR BOTH STRUCTURES AND THE
PORCHES NEED TO BE REPAIRED FOR BOTH
HOMES. CE ADVISED THAT THE SHC FORM WILL
BE BROUGHT BY FOR HIM TO HAVE A COPY. HE
WAS TRANSFERRED TO ERIC, BLD OFFICIAL TO
ASK QUESTIONS OF HOW TO BRING THE
STRUCTURAL PART OF THE PORCHES UP TO
CODE AND IF IT IS ON LINE. CE GAVE HIM
UNTIL 4-15-17 TO WORK ON THE MOWING AND
THE REST OF THE VEHICLES TO BRING INTO
COMPLIANCE FOR NOW, SINCE HE HAS HEALTH

PORCHES WILL HAVE TO BE MODIFIED OR
REBUILT TO MEET FLORIDA BUILDING CODE
REQUIREMENTS FOR STRUCTURAL SUPPORT AND
HANDRAIL REQUIREMENTS. THIS WILL REQUIRE
PERMITTING AND INSPECTION AS DECKS
SUPPORT SCREENROOM AND ROOF SYSTEMS.
THERE ARE ALSO OTHER COSMETIC
DEFICIENCIES AND SOME WINDOWS WITH
BROKEN PANES OF GLASS. THESE ARE A
VIOLATION OF 12.19.305 ALSO BUT ARE NOT
A STRUCTURAL CONCERN. REPAIR OF THE
GLASS AND SOFFITS AND SIDING WILL NOT
REQUIRE PERMITTING. INSPECTION OF THE
TRIM AND SIDING CAN BE DONE AT TIME OF
INSPECTION OF THE PORCHES.
