CALLED IN A PANIC, SHE CAME HOME FROM
THE DOCTORS, TO FIND CONTRACTORS ON HER
ROOF REMOVING TREE LIMBS, AND USING A
RAKE ON HER ROOF. SHE STATED HER ROOF IS
A RUBBER TYPE ROOF AND SHE IS NOT SURE
IF THEY HAVE CAUSED ANY DAMAGE. INFORMED
HER THAT SHE SHOULD CALL THE SHERIFFS
DEPARTMENT FOR TRESSPASS, AND TO TAKE
MANY PICTURES OF THE SITUATION, BECAUSE
IF THERE IS DAMAAGE IT WOULD BE A CIVIL
ISSUE. BARBARA WAS SO UPSET SHE HAD TO
PUT HER DAUGHTER ON THE PHONE TO FINISH
THE PHONE CALL. TRIED TO TRANSFER HER TO
THE SHERIFFS DEPARTMETN BUT THE CALL
WOULD NOT GO THROUGH, WE ARE CURRENTLY
EXPERIENCING NETWORK ISSUES THAT MAY BE
THE CAUSE OF THIS. ASKED DAUGHTER TO

HE IS APPLYING HERBICIDE TO THE TREES
INTERNALLY. SHE STATED THAT THE PROPERTY
OWNER SAID THAT THE TREES WILL LOOSE
THEIR SAP AND FALL STRAIGHT DOWN. FROM
CONVERSATION WITH OTHER OFFICERS AND
PAST EXPERIENCE, THIS ONLY REALLY
HAPPENS W/ PINE TREES. THERE IS ONLY ONE
TREE THAT IS LEANING TOWARDS THE HOME TO
THE LEFT, BUT THE TOP HAS BEEN REMOVED,
IT APPEARS TO BE A CRAPE MYRTLE AND OR
SMALL OAK. DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE
CREATING A DANGER. THERE IS A LARGE TREE
LIMB THAT IS UNREACHABLE FOR TRIMMING
THAT WOULD POSE A THREAT IF IT WERE TO
DETACH FROM THE LARGE OAK. ALSO SPOKE
WITH GARY, RIGHT SIDE NEIGHBOR
(414-5164) HE ALSO LET ME WALK HIS
PROPERT LINE. THERE ARE A COUPLE OF
TREES THAT LEAN TOWARDS HIS PROPERTY,
NOT AS LARGE AS THE OAKS IN THE REAR
YARD. THEY ARE ALSO LOOSING THEIR BARK,
AND HAVE THE SAME CUT MARKS IN THEM. HE
STATED ONE DAY WHEN 118 WAS APPLYING THE
HERBICIDE TO THE TREES THE SMELL FROM
THE CHEMICAL WAS VERY STRONG, AND WAS
TOLD IT WAS ONLY ROUND-UP. CE WILL
CONTACT OTHER DEPARTMENTS FOR THEIR
INPUT ON THE TREES, AS THE LARGE OAK
TREES IN THE REAR YARD, ALTHOUGH NOT
LEANING TOWARDS ANY HOMES AT THIS POINT,
COULD POSSIBLY CAUSE A THREAT TO
SURROUNDING PROPERTIES, BUT THE TIME
FRAME FOR THE DECAY OF THESE TREES IS
NOT APPARENT AT THIS TIME. WILL
RESEARCH, AND UPDATE THE CASE
