HAD BEEN POSTED AS UNINHABITABLE. FROM
EVIDENCE IT APPEARS THAT HE IS LIVING IN
THIS UNIT ALTHOUGH HE DENIES IT.
EXPLAINED TO HIM THE PROCESS TO PERMIT
INSTALLATION OF MOBILE HOME. LATER I
CALLED THE OWNER WHO CONFIRMED THAT HE
WAS TAKING PAYMENTS TO SELL PROPERTY TO
THIS INDIVIDUAL. WHEN TOLD OF THE
ILLEGAL STRUCTURE OWNER SAID HE WOULD
HAVE IT REMOVED. TENANT WAS IN TO OFFICE
TO TRY TO BEGIN PROCESS TO PERMIT THE
INSTALLATION OF THE MOBILE HOME. I DON'T
THINK HE CAN AFFORD TO MAKE STRUCTURE
LEGAL. WE NEED TO CONTACT THE PROPERTY
OWNER AND BEGIN VIOLATION PROCESS TO
HAVE THE STRUCTURE REMOVED.

INSPECTION AND WITHOUT PERMITTING. THE
PREMISES ARE STREWN WITH DEBRIS AND AN
ABUNDANCE OF BEER BOTTLES. THERE IS A
MILK CRATE AT THE REAR ENTRY DOOR AND A
POSSIBILITY OF THIS BEING USED AS
MIGRANT HOUSING. THIS STRUCTURE IS NOT
HABITABLE IN THE CURRENT CONDITION AND
WOULD NOT PASS A PREMOVE INSPECTION
REQUIRED FOR PERMITTING. PERMITTING THIS
MOBILE FOR INSTALLATION WILL NOT BE
POSSIBLE THEREFORE THIS UNIT WILL HAVE
TO BE REMOVED FROM THE SITE. I PLACARDED
THE STRUCTURE AS UNSAFE FOR HUMAN
OCCUPANCY.
