THE HOUSE PROPER IS IN GOOD CONDITION
FROM EXTERIOR INSPECTION. THERE IS AN
ACCESSORY STRUCTURE AT THE REAR OF THE
PROPERTY THAT IS STRUCTURALLY SUFFICIENT
BUT THE WOOD SIDING HAS ROTTED ALONG THE
BOTTOM AND DETERIORATED. THERE ARE ALSO
2 OR 3 OF THE STUDS THAT ARE BEGINNING
TO DETERIORATE BUT ARE NOT TO POINT OF
FAILURE. THERE ARE 2 EXTENTIONS AT THE
REAR OF THIS STRUCTURE APPROXIMATELY
3'X3' IN SIZE THAT HAVE DETERIORATED AND
STRUCTURAL FAILURE HAS OCCURRED. THESE
TWO EXTENTIONS NEED TO BE DEMOED AND
REMOVED FROM THE SITE AND THE SIDING
SHOULD BE REPAIRED BEFORE FURTHER DAMAGE
TO STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS OCCURS.
NEIGHBOR APPROACHED ME ABOUT LARGE
WASHOUT AREA BY DRIVEWAY. WATER IS
TURNED OFF TO THIS PROPERTY BUT SOUNDS
OF RUNNING WATER LEAD TO QUESTION OF
BROKEN WATER MAIN. I CALLED SEBRING
UTILITIES AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD CHECK
SITE.
