ENCLOSING A SECTION OF TWO PODS,
REVIEWED THIER QUESTION W/ BSS, AND WE
AGREE THAT IF ZONING/BUILDING IS OK W/
THE ENCLOSURE, WE WOULD BE OK WITH IT.
THEY HAVE SEVERAL MUD BUGGIES, AND A
RACE TRUCK (RED) THAT THEY WILL MOVE TO
MEET SET BACK REQUIREMENTS FOR THE
RECREATIONAL VEHICLES. GAVE THE OWNERS
MY CARD W/ THE CASE NUMBER FOR THEM TO
TAKE TIRES ONLY TO THE LANDFILL FOR
DISPOSAL. THEY ARE CURRENTLY WORKING
VERY HARD, AND A CONTRACTOR SHOWED UP
WHILE CE WAS THERE, AND HE IS WORKING ON
THE ENGINEERED DRAWINGS TODAY. INFORMED
THEM TO LET ME KNOW WHEN THEY GET THE
PERMIT PULLED TO LET ME KNOW AS SOON AS
POSSIBLE, SO THAT I MAY CONFIRM W/
BUILDING. THEY ARE CONSTRUCTING A BARN
TO HOUSE THE ITEMS (SCRAP, BODY PARTS
ETC) THAT THEY WANT TO KEEP FOR USE.
THEY HAVE MOVED ONE MUD BUGGY TO THE
FRONT OF THE PROPERTY, PLACED A FOR SALE
SIGN ON IT, AND STATED SOMEONE WAS
COMING TO GET THE VW BUG TODAY
HOPEFULLY. CONFIRMED THAT THE HOME
OCCUPATION DOES NOT HAVE EMPLOYEES
SHOWING UP FOR WORK, THEY ARE STRICKLY
FAMILY MEMBERS THAT LIVE ON PREMISIS
THAT WORK FOR THE TREE TRIMMING COMPANY.

ENCLOSING THE TWO PODS WOULD BE OK, AS

MUD BUGGIES, WHICH THEY CAN HAVE THEY
HAVE TO MEET SET BACKS, HOWEVER, THERE
ARE FEW THAT APPEAR TO BE INOPERABLE,
THERE ARE RACE CARS, SOME APPEAR
INOPERABLE. CAR PARTS, TREE SERVICE
WHICH FATHER OWNS, HAS SEVERAL
COMMERCIAL VEHICLES PARKED HERE AS WELL.
SPOKE WITH MOTHER OVER THE PHONE, SHE
STATED THAT THEY ARE WORKING ON THE
BARN, AND CE INFORMED HER THAT SHE CAN
GET MORE STORAGE CONTAINTERS, THEY
ALREADY HAVE THREE OR SO (THAT ALSO DO
NOT MEET SET BACKS, NOT ALL) SHE MAY GET
MORE OF THEM TO STORE THEIR ITEMS IN.
INFORMED HER OF THE SET BACKS. ALSO GAVE
TO SON DOOR KNOCKERS FOR THE CODES
WRITTEN TO INFORM OF SETBACKS, ETC. SHE
SAID SHE WOULD REALLY TRY TO WORK ON
THIS PROPERTY. THE PROPERTY LOOKS LIKE A
SCRAP/JUNK YARD. INSTRUCTED THEM THAT
THEY SHOULD MOVE THESE ITEMS TO A
COMMERCIAL PROPERTY, THAT IT WOULD BE
CHEAPER THAN TAGGINING ALL OF THE
TRAILERS, CARS, TRUCKS. SHE WILL INFORM
