TRAILER HAD SOME MATTRESSES ON IT AND MR
SESSIONS AND HIS GIRLFRIED INDICATED IT
WAS PERSONAL FURNITURE FOR THEIR HOME HE
REAFFAIRMED THAT HE IS NOT CONDICTING A
BUSINESS AT HIS PROPERTY WHEN QUESTIONED
NOR IS HE SELLING FURNITURE AT THE
PROPERTY I ADVISED THAT TRAILERS THAT
CONSTANTALLY SHOW UP ON HIS PROPERTY
WITH DIFFERENT ITEMS GIVES THE
APPEARENCE OF BUSINESS ACTIVITY AND THAT
HIS PROPERTY IS ZONED RESIDENTIAL AND
CANNOT BE CONDUCTED AS SUCH FROM HIS
YARD. MR SESSIONS AND HIS FEMALE
COMPAINION BECAME AGGITATED AND
INDICATED THAT THEY HAVE DONE EVERYTHING
REQUESTED AND INDICATED THAT THEY MAY
NEED TO CONTACT AN ATTORNEY AS HIS
NEIGHBORS APPEAR TO BE HARRASSING THEM
AND CODE ENFORCEMENT IS SUPPORTING THE
HARRASSMENT. PRIOR TO LEAVING MR

THIS AM STATED THAT DEBRIS IS STILL IN
YARD AND THE TENNANT HAS BROUGHT IN
ANOTHER COUCH HE DID STATE THAT THE
REFRIGERATOR WAS MOVED NEIGHBOR IS UPSET
THAT THIS HAS CONTINUED FOR SEVERAL
YEARS. WHEN I SPOKE WITH MR SESSIONS HE
INDICATED THAT HE AND HIS NEIGHBOR LEROY
HAVE AN ONGOING DISPUTE AND WERE ONCE
GOOD NEIGHBORS. HE ALSO INDICATED THAT
ANOTHER NEIGHBOR ACROSS THE STREET HAD
ADVISED HIM THAT HE WAS APPROACHED BY
LEROY AND ASKED TO CALL CE IN AN ATTEMPT
TO HAVE MR SESSIONS MOVE. MR SESSIONS
BELIEVES IT IS A ETHNICITY ISSUE AND AS
SUCH MR SESSIONS INDICATED THAT HE
INTENTIONALLY PLACED SOME OF HIS ITEMS
IN THE YARD SO THAT LEROY WOULD SEE THEM
OUT OF SPITE OR OUT OF FRUSTRATION. MR
SESSIONS ACKNOWLEDGED THAT HIS YARD IS
IN VIOLATION TODAY AND HE WOULD HAVE
EVERYTHING CLEANED UP FOR CHRISTMAS
HOLIDAY AND HE WANTS TO BE A GOOD

UP BY MONDAY. HE KNOWS NEIGHBORS ARE
HAVING FAMILY AND GUEST FOR CHRISTMAS
AND DO NOT WANT TO LOOK AT HIS YARD. HE
IS GOING TO HAUL IT TO THE LANDFILL AND
MAY PLACE SOME OUT FOR GARBAGE PICK UP,
WHICH CE ADVISED THE GARBAGE PICK UP
WILL ONLY REMOVE IT ON THE SECOND DAY OF
GARBAGE PICK UP,WHICH WILL BE FRIDAY FOR
HIS ADDRESS. SHALAMAR SESSIONS WAS VERY
