PROPERTY STILL HAS HIGH GRASS/WEEDS ON
FENCE LINE AND IS OVER 18", SO THE CASE
DID GO TO SM HEARING ON 3-9-17. THE SM
PLACED A LIEN AND FOR COST AND THE COST
OF THE CLEAN UP. SHE SAID THAT SHE
SPRAYED ROUND UP ON THE WEEDS AND VINES
BUT TAKES TIME FOR IT TO DIE. ADVISED
YOU STILL HAVE TO TAKE THE WEEDS OUT
BECAUSE EVEN THOUGH THEY DIE AND FALL
OVER IT IS STILL A WEED AND CAN STILL BE
OVER 18". SHE NEEDED MORE TIME SINCE SHE
NEEDS TO TAKE CARE OF THE OTHER THINGS
ALSO. GAVE HER UNTIL MARCH 28TH TO BRING
INTO COMPLIANCE OR THEN AFTER THIS TIME
CE WILL BE SENDING VENDOR OUT TO BRING
THE PROPERTY INTO FULL COMPLIANCE.
